It’s another fabulous Friday at PPS, and it’s time to recognize another one of our incredible employees in this week’s Employee Spotlight segment. This week, we’re featuring Chris McCaw, one of our team’s more recent but much-appreciated Technician Specialists.
How long have you been with the company?
One year, on June 20th
What roles have you been in, and what is your current role today?
Well, I have had many roles as an electrician over my 32 years. My current role is Technician Specialist.
What is your favorite thing about working for PPS?
My favorite thing about PPS is the people who work here. It’s a fantastic atmosphere. I love learning new things on the job, and it’s never dull.
What do you like to do in your own time?
I spend time with my family and friends. I also like to travel and see new places.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
A rocket scientist…just kidding! I’m a master electrician and have been for 32 years.
What’s the best advice you could give to a new hire in the company?
Just be yourself and stay motivated. Work hard, and good things will happen.
