Happy Friday! Today, we’re shining the spotlight on another outstanding PPS employee! This week’s recognition features Jeff Webber, Pump Builder for the PPS Manufacturing facility.
In a few sentences, tell me a little bit about yourself.
I’ve lived in Boise for 3 years. Before joining PPS, I worked in the oil and gas industry for 18 years. I worked in a bunch of different environments and saw a lot of land, but I got sick of the traveling and wanted to be home with my family.
What roles have you been in, and what is your current role today?
I started with PPS in the FAB shop before taking on the role as the “PUMP BUILDER.”
What is your favorite thing about working for PPS?
My favorite thing about working for PPS is being more than just a number at a company.
What are your hobbies/interests – what do you like to do in your spare time?
My family and I love camping – that’s where our summers are spent.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?
Since there are never enough hours in a day, my superpower would be self-replication.

What’s the best advice you could give to a new hire in the company?
The best advice I could give for a new hire at PPS is you get what you give.
What is your favorite saying or quote?
“Sometimes you just gotta work with what you got.”
What is your number one bucket list item?
To live the traveling bus lifestyle after all my moochin’ a$$ kids become adults.
