Happy Friday to ALL! Before heading into this weekend, all of us at PPS wanted to shout out another of our most amazing team members. This week’s featured colleague is Mr. Rob Dickson from our Sales Team. Let’s give Rob a big WOOHOO and check out his successful PPS career story!
How long have you been with the company?
I started in 2004.
What roles have you been in, and what is your current role today?
Runner, skid assembly, panel builder, programmer, tech support/field service, drafter, inside sales, and currently outside sales.
What is your favorite thing about working for PPS?
The family culture and ownership always want to grow from within.
What do you like to do in your own time?
F1 races, football games, camping, and traveling.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Outside sales at PPS.
What’s the best advice you can give to a new hire in the company?
Ask the WHY and HOW questions, people here are always eager to teach but if you only ask the questions to get the easy answer, you’ll never know how to come to that conclusion yourself.
