The PPS Maintenance PLUS Service Program was designed to provide our customers with year round peace of mind that their PPS pump equipment is operating at peak performance and maximum efficiency. It includes comprehensive and scheduled maintenance inspections, preferred customer discounts, seasonal services and more and covers pumps, pump stations, control panels and valves.

Basic Pump Station Maintenance Plan
The Basic Pump Station Maintenance Plan:
- Provides the customer with a 15% discount on all repair parts should the pump station require any repair.
- $20 off standard hourly service rates.
- $10 off standard hourly service helper rates.
- $20 off standard hourly equipment rates.
- Comprehensive inspection checklist completed at each visit.
- Includes a beginning of Spring professional start-up service of the pump station and fill of irrigation mainline.
- One (1) pump station maintenance check during the normal operation season.
- End of season complete pump station winterization service.
- Two day service call evaluation guarantee (within 48 hours of initial service call)

Preferred Pump Station Maintenance Plan
The Preferred Pump Station Maintenance Plan:
- Provides the customer with a 20% discount on all repair parts should the pump station require any repair.
- $30 off standard hourly service rates.
- $15 off standard hourly service helper rates.
- $30 off standard hourly equipment rates.
- Comprehensive inspection checklist completed at each visit. (see below for checklist items)
- Includes a beginning of Spring professional start-up service of the pump station and fill of irrigation mainline.
- One (1) pump station maintenance check during the normal operation season.
- End of season complete pump station winterization service.
- Same day service call evaluation guarantee (initial service call must be received by 10:00 AM MST)

Comprehensive Inspection Checklist Includes:
Check and inspect: Sump sediment accumulation, AMP draw on pumps, intake screens, grease and oil of pumps (excluding submersibles), overloads and all electrical components. Clean enclosures, tighten electrical connections, tighten joints or couplers, test discharge filter, inspect all; cooling components.
Tests Performed: All valves, motors and sensors, indicator lamps and bulbs, all operator switches, fuses and holders, clear water intake screen and associated valves and lines. Operation of the touchscreen, test and calibrate sleep / wake settings.
