Customer Challenge: Precision Pumping Systems partnered with Coryell County Water District to support a major upgrade at their water treatment facility in Crawford, Texas—delivering a new municipal booster pump station designed for higher capacity, improved efficiency, and long-term operational savings. Working in close collaboration with Zone Industries Engineering, we engineered a triple vertical-stack pump solution tailored to the district’s current and future demands.

System Highlights:

  • (2) 40 HP vertical stack pumps
  • 450 GPM @ 60 PSI each
  • (1) 30 HP vertical stack pump
  • 300 GPM @ 60 PSI
  • Total system capacity: 1,200 GPM
  • (3) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Fully tuned and programmed by PPS
  • Integrated PLC controls for coordinated operation
