Rocking A Ranch is located north of Eagle, Idaho, between Eagle Road to the west and Beacon Light Road to the South. This project will connect to the City of Eagles municipal water system and, when completed, will meet the demand for 34 lots of single-family subdivision development, with lots ranging from 2.5 to 6 acres, including 43 acres of open space and ponds. This large Vertical Turbine booster pump station was engineered for landscape irrigation and features a generous flow rate of 2200 GPM at 120 PSI for the newly developed community.

Filtration: 2 ea AMIAD SAF 6000 Filters

Customer Challenge: Located north of Eagle, Idaho, between Eagle Road to the west and Beacon Light Road to the South, this project needed to connect to the City of Eagle’s municipal water system and accommodate the future demand for 34 lots of subdivision development, ranging from 2.5 to 6 acres, including 43 acres of open space parks and ponds.

Project Scope: PPS developed a preliminary design layout, including pump and motor sizes, wet well dimensions, and piping configurations. Electrical design work was also done, including power supply, control panels, and safety measures. Then, based on the defined configurations, PPS designed a detailed 3D model for review and approval. Finally, PPS developed detailed cost estimates for construction, equipment, and installation, which were approved and accepted for the new subdivision development.

This PPS packaged pump station utilizes a custom-manufactured, marine-grade aluminum enclosure featuring six access doors and a lift-off roof for full access to all pump station components and controls, providing easy maintenance access to the flow meter, filters, and pumps.
